Women’s Network Australia – Review

Having relocated from Brisbane to Bathurst NSW recently, I have been keen to start Networking in the Sydney region and a great friend of mine from Queensland, Paul Humphreys suggested WNA-Women’s Network Australia. www.womensnetwork.com.au

Their March event was the second one I attended and it was enjoyable and as interesting as the first! From the moment you enter the room you are made to feel welcome and there is an aura of positive energy that I do not come across very often. Having lunch with sixty entrepreneurial women and a couple of enlightened gentlemen is a great way to spend a couple of hours.

Jenny Cartwright was the guest speaker and spoke on “How to Double Your Sales in 30 Days.”  With some excellent  tips on using the telephone, Jenny shared some simple strategies on improving our customer service skills and increasing sales from using the phone as it should be used.. www.telesalestraining.com.au

WNA have meetings in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Albury/Wodonga, and the Gold Coast each month. The venue for the Sydney event is The Vibe Hotel in Goulburn Street. The food is great value and the staff have always been friendly and professional. Parking is close by at the Secure Car Park.

WNA is an excellent networking forum for Entrepreneurs  SME’s and especially start ups. Lynette Palmen, the Founder of WNA, is passionate in ensuring that Business Women are not on their own. If you are a woman who is keen to succeed in business, WNA can get you all the support and help you need.
