With over 35 years of experience specialising in sales, networking, business consulting, and leadership, Steve has built an outstanding reputation for his ability to influence and provide strategies that generate effective, win-win outcomes.

Steve has ten years’ experience in the corporate arena, ten year managing other entrepreneur’s businesses, and over eighteen years running his own successful enterprises.

As the Managing Director of The Persuader, Steve specialises in helping Corporations steadily increase their sales revenues through Networking and building long term relationships with clients.  He has a keen sense of the cash flow, leadership, and personnel issues that challenge organisations, and brings a wealth of expertise to his corporate presentations. Steve is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is on the Board of the Bathurst Business Chamber.

Steve has a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Business (Hons) where he wrote an enlightening  thesis on, “How do childhood experiences and formative events influence the perspectives of Australian Indigenous entrepreneurs?”

As a Business Coach, he assists start – up’s and burgeoning businesses to grow organically through carefully planned and practical strategies, accelerating sustainable and controlled growth through incremental continuous improvement whilst utilising the latest and best leadership and business systems methodologies.
